서비스와 운영자
Jason Studio는 차트를 만들고 항목을 정렬·기록하며 계정별 백업과 이미지 저장·외부 공유 기능을 제공하는 Simple Priority를 운영합니다. 제공 기능은 현재 앱에 표시된 범위를 따릅니다. Discover는 서버 기반 공개 차트와 Cheer를 제공합니다. 공개 가능 기준과 자동 검사를 통과한 게시물은 별도의 운영자 사전 승인 없이 공개됩니다.
이용 연령과 공개
앱에서 제공하는 거주 국가별 가입 기준을 충족하는 청소년과 성인은 개인 차트·백업·Discover 조회·내 차트로 만들기를 이용할 수 있습니다. 현재 한국 기준은 가입 만 14세 이상, Discover 게시 만 19세 이상입니다. 성인에게만 게시를 제공하는 것은 제품 방침이며 모든 국가의 법률상 청소년 게시 금지를 뜻하지 않습니다. 가입 가능한 청소년도 공유 프리뷰를 볼 수 있으며, 게시 요청 시 공개하지 않고 안내 후 커버 풀 차트 저장으로 연결합니다. 개인 이용을 위해 성인 확인을 요구하지 않습니다. 거주 국가와 연령 구분을 정확하게 제공하고 변경 시 갱신해 주세요. 개인정보 동의 기준과 민사상 계약 능력은 다릅니다. 이 안내는 적용되는 법정대리인 동의·법정 취소권을 배제하지 않습니다. 별도 유료 계약에 부모 승인 등이 필요한 경우 해당 조건을 갖추어 제공해야 합니다.
국가별 가입 기준은 앱에서 표시합니다. 제품의 기본 가입 기준은 만 16세이며, 확인된 국가별 예외가 우선합니다. 이는 모든 국가의 법정 동의 연령을 만 16세로 단정하는 뜻이 아닙니다. 공개에는 표시된 공개 연령과 거주 국가의 법적 성인 조건을 모두 충족해야 합니다. 현재 운영 서버에는 ISO 기준 249개 국가·지역의 가입 및 공개 기준이 활성화되어 있습니다. 국가별 법률 확인값과 제품의 기본 기준은 구분하여 관리하며, 국가별 기준은 앱의 가입 화면에 표시합니다.
계정과 이용
본인이 사용할 수 있는 이메일 등 인증 수단으로 계정을 이용하고, 다른 사람의 계정이나 신원을 도용하지 않아야 합니다. 로그인 수단과 기기를 안전하게 관리하고 부정 이용을 발견하면 운영자에게 알려 주세요.
차트 및 콘텐츠
사용자가 작성한 차트와 사진에 대한 권리는 사용자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 남습니다. Jason Studio는 저장·백업·복원 등 사용자가 요청한 기능을 제공하는 범위에서 콘텐츠를 처리합니다. 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하거나 불법적인 콘텐츠를 저장·공유하지 않아야 합니다. 외부로 공유하기 전에 이미지에 포함된 정보와 사진의 이용 권한을 확인해 주세요.
백업과 휴지통
오프라인 편집은 기기에 저장되고 정상 연결 시 백업을 시도합니다. 연결·인증 문제나 변경 충돌이 있는 경우 즉시 백업이 완료되지 않을 수 있으므로 앱의 결과를 확인해 주세요. 휴지통은 30일 후 영구 삭제되며 기존 휴지통에는 적용일부터 30일의 유예기간이 있습니다. 휴지통 비우기는 복구할 수 없는 삭제입니다. Discover의 공유 중단은 개인 원본 차트를 삭제하는 동작과 구분됩니다.
이미지 저장과 외부 공유
개인 차트 캡처, 공개 차트 캡처 및 외부 공유 이미지는 각각 앱에서 제공되는 범위로 생성됩니다. 외부 공유는 사용자가 선택한 앱·서비스의 정책을 따르며, Jason Studio는 이미 전달된 이미지의 회수나 외부 서비스의 삭제를 보장하지 않습니다.
요금 및 광고
처음 개인 차트 9개는 무료이며 튜토리얼 차트를 포함합니다. 차트 공개는 생성 가능한 차트 수를 늘리지 않습니다. 차트 9개를 추가하는 반복 구매 상품을 Apple 앱 내 구입으로 준비 중입니다. 승인한 미국 기준 가격은 $2.99이며 실제 가격과 통화는 구매 전에 App Store에서 표시합니다. 현재 실제 구매는 활성화되지 않았습니다. 의견 작성은 결제 승인이 아닙니다. 법정대리인 허락 요건과 소비자의 법정 권리는 제한되지 않습니다. 광고는 광고로 표시하며 외부 판매자의 거래 조건은 해당 판매자가 제공합니다.
서비스 변경·중단과 책임
점검, 장애 또는 보안 대응으로 서비스 이용이 일시 제한될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이나 중단은 가능한 범위에서 미리 안내합니다. 법령상 책임이나 고의·중대한 과실에 따른 책임을 배제하지 않으며 사용자의 법정 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
Discover 공개 및 콘텐츠 이용 범위
Discover 공개는 사용자가 직접 선택합니다. 새 게시물은 공개 가능 기준·앱 제공 커버 확인·공개 텍스트 자동 검사를 통과한 뒤 공개됩니다. 공개 완료 안내 전까지 제출만으로 공개가 완료된 것은 아닙니다. 공개 게시물의 이름, 프로필 사진, 커버, 제목, 카테고리, 캡션과 순위는 Discover에서 다른 사용자에게 표시됩니다. 공개 게시물의 텍스트와 순위는 현재 서버의 공개 API를 통해 로그인 없이 조회될 수도 있습니다. 개인 원본 차트와 메모는 이 공개 범위에 포함되지 않습니다. 다른 사용자는 앱의 내 차트로 만들기 기능으로 공개된 차트 제목·항목·순위·커버를 개인 차트로 복사할 수 있습니다. 이 기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서 공개한 콘텐츠의 표시와 복사를 허용하며, 콘텐츠의 소유권을 이전하거나 무제한 상업적 재이용을 허용하는 것은 아닙니다. 공개할 권리가 없는 사진이나 타인의 개인정보·민감정보를 포함하지 않아야 합니다. 공유 중단 이후에도 이미 다른 사람이 복사한 차트나 외부로 전달된 이미지는 자동으로 회수되지 않습니다.
콘텐츠 검토와 신고
불법적이거나 유해한 콘텐츠, 괴롭힘·차별·위협, 스팸, 성적 착취 및 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 공개하지 않아야 합니다. 사용자는 타인 게시물의 옵션 메뉴에서 신고하거나 작성자를 차단할 수 있고, 광고 표시의 메뉴에서 광고를 신고할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 접수 내용을 검토하여 공개 거절·공개 중단 또는 광고 중단 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다. 게시물 공개를 거절하거나 중단하면 작성자에게 사유를 안내하며 개인 원본 차트는 유지합니다. 조치에 이의가 있거나 권리 침해를 신고하려면 support@simplepriority.app으로 문의할 수 있습니다. 계정 소유 및 관련 권리를 확인하는 데 필요한 최소한의 자료를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Terms of Service

Service and operator
Jason Studio operates Simple Priority for chart creation, ordered items, account backup, image saving and external sharing. Features follow the scope shown in the app. Discover provides server-based public charts and Cheer. Eligible submissions passing automated checks publish without separate operator pre-approval.
Age eligibility and publication
Teenagers and adults meeting the country rule offered in the app can use personal charts, backup, Discover browsing and Make it mine. South Korea allows account access from age 14 and publication from age 19. Adult-only publication is a product policy, not a claim that every country legally bans teenage posting. Eligible teenagers can open the preview; requesting publication does not publish and instead offers a Cover Full Chart capture after an explanation. Personal use does not require adult status. Provide accurate country and age-group information and update changes. Data-consent ages and contractual capacity differ. This notice does not waive applicable representative consent or statutory cancellation rights. Separate paid contracts must satisfy any applicable parental-authorization conditions.
The app displays the applicable country rule. The product baseline for account access is age 16, with reviewed country exceptions taking precedence; this is not a claim that every country has a legal consent age of 16. Publication requires both the displayed publication age and legal adulthood where you live. The production server now offers rules for 249 ISO countries and regions. The age-16 product baseline and country-specific exceptions are active; activation is not a certification of worldwide legal compliance.
Accounts and use
Use an email address or other authentication method you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate another person or use their account without authorization. Keep your sign-in method and device secure and contact the operator if you discover unauthorized use.
Charts and content
Rights in your charts and photos remain with you or their rightful owners. Jason Studio processes content to provide functions you request, such as storage, backup and restoration. Do not store or share unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights. Check information included in exported images and your rights to use the photos before sharing.
Backup and trash
Offline edits are stored on the device and backup is attempted when a valid connection is available. Network, authentication or conflicting changes may delay backup; review the app’s reported result. Trash is permanently deleted after 30 days; previously trashed content receives 30 days of grace from policy activation. Empty trash is irreversible. Stopping sharing in Discover is distinct from deleting your personal original chart.
Image saving and external sharing
Personal chart captures, Discover chart captures and external share images are generated within the app’s supported scope. External sharing is governed by the policies of the app or service you select. Jason Studio cannot guarantee recall of an image already delivered or its deletion from external services.
Prices and advertising
The first nine active personal charts are free, including tutorials. Publishing does not increase chart capacity. Repeatable nine-chart packs are being prepared as Apple in-app purchases, with an approved US reference price of $2.99. The App Store will show the actual price and currency before purchase. Real purchases are not yet activated. Feedback is not authorization to charge. Applicable parental authorization and statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Ads are identified as such; external transactions follow the merchant's terms.
Changes, interruptions and responsibility
Maintenance, outages or security responses may temporarily limit service. Significant changes or interruptions will be announced in advance where reasonably possible. These terms do not exclude legally required liability or liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence and do not restrict statutory consumer rights.
Discover publication and use of content
Publishing to Discover is your choice. New posts publish after eligibility, app-provided cover and automatic public-text checks pass. Submission alone is not successful publication before confirmation. Other users can see the public name, profile photo, cover, title, category, caption and ranking in Discover. Published post text and rankings can also be read without sign-in through the current public server API. They may use Make it mine to copy the published chart title, items, ranking and cover into a personal chart. By publishing, you permit the display and copying necessary for these features; this does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted commercial reuse. Do not include photos you lack the right to publish or other people’s personal or sensitive information. Stopping sharing does not automatically recall copies already made by others or images sent to external services.
Content review and reports
Do not publish unlawful or harmful content, harassment, discrimination, threats, spam, sexual exploitation or material that infringes others’ rights. You can report another person’s post or block its author from the post options, and report an advertisement from the Ad menu. The operator reviews reports and may reject or stop publication or pause an advertisement. Authors receive reasons for rejection or removal; their private original charts remain unchanged. To appeal a decision or report a rights violation, contact support@simplepriority.app. We may request the minimum information needed to verify account ownership and relevant rights.

Contact: support@simplepriority.app. Material amendments will be announced through the app or a public terms page before taking effect. Changes restricting user rights will follow applicable notice and consent requirements. The effective date will be stated upon final publication.
