연락처: support@simplepriority.app.
Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026 · Current development version
Updated October 10, 2026: live Discover, country-based account and publication requirements, widgets and chart capacity. International-processing details will be finalized before release.
Operator and contact
Simple Priority is operated by Jason Studio. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your information, contact support@simplepriority.app. We may verify account ownership before acting on a request. Privacy contact responsible person: Jason Jung / Representative. Contact: support@simplepriority.app.
Information and purposes
We use your email address, account ID and authentication information for sign-in and account management. We use the public name you choose and your optional profile photo for your profile. Chart titles, items, order, notes, completion state, colors, cover photos and modification/deletion information support device storage and account backup and restoration. If you submit feedback about additional charts, your willingness to pay, message and submission time are stored with your account. Existing administrators can view this feedback with your account ID, public name and email. Support messages may contain information you choose to send. Messages sent to support@simplepriority.app are forwarded through ImprovMX to the operator’s Gmail. Sender and recipient addresses, message content and attachments, and delivery records are processed; replies may come from the operator’s Gmail address.
Country and age group
We store your selected country of residence, age group (eligible teenager or adult), rule version, confirmation method and time with your account ID to apply access rules. The enabled South Korean rule allows account access from age 14 and Discover publication from age 19. This is self-declared information, not independent identity or age verification. We do not collect birthdates or identity documents or request Apple age sharing in this flow. Country and age group are not shown in public charts. Routine sign-in and launches do not request the same details again; updates may be requested when information or rules change. Preserving personal charts for existing development accounts is not adult verification.
The app displays the applicable country rule. The product baseline for account access is age 16, with reviewed country exceptions taking precedence; this is not a claim that every country has a legal consent age of 16. Publication requires both the displayed publication age and legal adulthood where you live. The production server now offers rules for 249 ISO countries and regions. The age-16 product baseline and country-specific exceptions are active; activation is not a certification of worldwide legal compliance.
Optional information and photos
Profile photos, personal cover photos, item notes and feedback are optional. The photo picker imports photos you select. Saving an exported chart to your photo library may require permission. You can manage photo permissions in device settings.
Storage, backup and visibility
Personal charts are stored on your device and backed up to your signed-in account on the server. Sign-in email addresses and private item notes are not included in Discover chart images. When you publish to Discover, your public name, profile photo, selected cover, chart title, category, caption and ranking are stored on the server and shown to other users in Discover. Published post text and rankings can also be read without sign-in through the current public server API. Private original charts and notes are not included in this public access. A public chart retains its items and order from publication time. Cheer is stored with account and public-chart IDs; other users see only the total, not a participant list. Stop sharing removes the chart from Discover visibility and preserves your personal original. Profiles without a current public post can be read only by their owners. Authors with an accessible published post expose their name and current profile photo to permitted signed-in users. The profile-photo bucket is private; anonymous public image URLs are restricted. Access to blocked authors’ profiles and photos follows the public-post access rules. Copies already shared or saved externally cannot be recalled. When you choose external sharing or image saving, the image is delivered to the app or location you select. Subsequent storage and publication depend on your choices and that service’s policies. Eligible teenagers can use personal charts, backup and Discover browsing and copying, but cannot publish. New public covers use app-provided photos or gradients, preserving personal originals. This change does not retroactively replace existing published posts.
The widget's device-local shared cache contains account and chart IDs, chart titles, up to three item titles, and cover thumbnails or choices, excluding private notes. People who can see your device may see widget content. Sign-out or account changes clear the prior account cache and request a widget refresh; iOS controls display refresh timing.
Retention and deletion
Account information and active charts are retained to provide the service. Trashed charts and items are permanently deleted after 30 days. Previously trashed content receives 30 days of grace from policy activation. Confirming Empty trash permanently removes the selected trash. We retain minimal deletion records consisting of account, chart and item IDs and deletion time to prevent older devices from uploading deleted content again. Offline devices reconcile deletion on their next successful connection. You can request account deletion from Account in the app. After identity verification, we delete the server account, profile, personal chart backups, profile and cover photos, and account-linked demand feedback. Apple-linked accounts require Apple reauthentication and revocation. After confirmed deletion, the app clears that account’s charts and account-scoped caches on the current device. To recover deletion confirmation, we retain the account ID, a hash of a random confirmation key, and completion/expiry times for up to seven days. This action does not immediately delete unassigned legacy local demo posts, externally shared images, operator support emails, or provider service logs and backups. Contact the operator about offline copies on other devices or support information. Administrator accounts owning business advertising assets require a separate asset handover first. Additional-chart feedback is retained for one year from the latest submission, and support records for one year after resolution, then deleted. The operator tracks support resolution and deletion dates. Minimal deletion-ID records are retained until account deletion and removed with the account. Where applicable law requires separate retention, only the required information is kept separately for the statutory period. Account deletion also removes the account’s Discover posts, Cheers, reports and blocks through their related data relationships. Public snapshot covers are stored separately from private original covers and are included in account cleanup. Country and age-group records and publication-request limits are removed with account deletion. Publication checks store the public snapshot, cover verification value, result and check time until post deletion. Stopping sharing is not physical post deletion and does not erase its check immediately. Reports and moderation records currently have no separate time-based automatic expiry; cleanup follows account/post relationships and operational handling. Final retention periods will be matched to actual cleanup before release publication.
The installed moderation cleanup function supports expiry one year after reports are resolved and decisions closed, protecting open appeals. Automatic execution is not yet scheduled. Retention activation and final policy publication must be coordinated.
Service providers and international processing
Supabase provides authentication, database, file storage and server services. The current database project is hosted in Tokyo, Japan (ap-northeast-1). Authentication, profile, chart backup, cover photos and demand-feedback information are transmitted and stored as the relevant features are used. The database region does not establish the location of all service and support processing. Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) delivers sign-in emails and processes the recipient email address, authentication email content and delivery records. Sending region and data-storage country are distinct: Resend stores email data in the United States. The current Resend account uses the Free plan; its official documentation states 30-day email/log retention and seven-day backups. Its signed data-processing agreement applies upon signup. Supabase service-log and backup retention, provider subprocessors and the final international-transfer disclosure remain to be finalized before release. OpenAI Moderation checks public text: public name, category, chart title, caption and all item titles sent over HTTPS. Requests exclude sign-in email, account IDs, country/age details, private notes and photo files. Personal information entered into public text may be included. OpenAI documents no model training by default and no content retention for this endpoint’s abuse-monitoring or application-state categories. This does not establish absence of operational, security or usage metadata retention. Training-related input/output sharing is disabled in the organization holding the current moderation key. Processing countries and agreements will be checked for the final transfer disclosure.
Supabase distinguishes selected-region Database, Auth, Storage and backups from EU logs and necessary global support/CDN processing. Free-plan one-day log access is not proof of physical deletion of all metadata. Contract termination differs from individual app-user deletion.
OpenAI lists moderation processing support in the US and Europe (EEA/Switzerland); the project's global endpoint does not identify its actual processing country.
ImprovMX forwards support mail to the operator's Gmail. Its policy describes US/European processing without an exhaustive country list. Forwarded mail is removed from forwarding storage; delivery logs normally remain seven days. This does not delete the Gmail copy.
Advertising and external services
Discover may display advertisements. Current ad eligibility uses the app language and device region code. Opening an ad link takes you to an advertiser or merchant service governed by its own privacy policy. The current code does not add your private chart content or email as a user identifier to ad links. Hosting services may process IP addresses and other operational or security logs during service connections.
Safeguards
Backup is separated by authenticated account IDs and private chart access is restricted by server access policies. Sign-in sessions use the device Keychain. Administrator access to demand feedback requires an administrator privilege check. Review exported images for personal or sensitive information before sharing.
Publication checks, reports and blocks
On submission, the server checks publication eligibility and app-provided covers and automatically checks public text. Only passing submissions are published; failed or incomplete checks are not success. Routine publication requires no manual operator pre-approval. Automated checks cannot guarantee detection of every harmful expression, rights or privacy issue, so reports and operational actions remain available. Only existing administrators may access the public snapshot content and cover of a pending post or a post with an unresolved report. Private notes and private original chart covers are not part of that review. Post reports contain the reporting account ID, post ID, reason and submission/resolution times. Advertisement reports contain the reporting account ID, campaign ID, reason and submission/resolution times. Blocks record the blocking and blocked account IDs to exclude that author’s charts from the blocking user’s Discover. Moderation decisions and reasons are recorded; a rejection or removal is explained to the author within the app. These records support report handling, abuse prevention and decision notices. Reporter and blocker lists are not shown to other users.
Your requests and policy changes
Send privacy requests to the contact address above. We may need to verify you or your authorized representative. Material changes will be announced through the app or a public policy page before they take effect. The effective date will be stated upon final publication.
